These terms and conditions are underwritten and supplied with legal terms for ASA and UK promotions compliance under English law.
1. Best Hotel Breaks Free Stay voucher entitles two people sharing a free twin or double bedroom for up to one to five nights when you pay the mandatory rate per person per night on meals (breakfast & dinner).
2. Single rooms may be available at a supplement.
3. The charges specified under each hotel’s entry for daily rate are per person per night for breakfast and dinner. The cost of telephone calls, cigarettes, drinks etc. are separate. The hotel management reserve the right to charge the daily rate in full should meals not be taken, or expenditure does not total the stated rate.
4. Discounts/offers may also be available for children and friends, check with the individual hotel at the time of booking.
5. The offer is subject to promotional availability, the individual hotel’s terms and conditions, and the discretion of hotel management.
6. Most hotels will allow you to extend your stay by accepting more than one voucher.
7. Upgrades to sea view, four poster rooms, suites etc. are subject to a supplement per person, per night.
8. Best Hotel Breaks and/or the promoter cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from the use of this scheme.
9. Prices and information are correct at the time of printing; hotels reserve the right to alter prices or to withdraw the offer without notice. We recommend that you check with the hotel at the time of booking that the rates and facilities detailed on www.besthotelbreaks.com are correct.
10. This voucher is valid for use as printed on the Best Hotel Breaks.
11. The cash value of this voucher is 0.001 pence
12. The ‘How to Use Instructions’ and all other information on redeeming this offer form part of the Terms and Conditions.
13. Once you have registered your code / confirmed your booking your contract will be with the Hotel and other relevant service providers, any disputes must therefore be settled with them directly. The Promoter (Best Hotel Breaks) accepts no liability beyond purchase of the Voucher.
14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
15. This Voucher nontransferable and cannot be resold.
